  • Audio/Video Capability: Microphone and camera for interactive sessions
  • Time Commitment: Dedicated time for scheduled sessions and self-paced learning

Fair Usage Guidelines

Account Management

We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime for our online platform, with scheduled maintenance typically occurring during off-peak hours (11 PM - 5 AM Sri Lanka time).

  • Advance notice for planned maintenance (minimum 48 hours)
  • Emergency maintenance may occur with minimal notice
  • Automatic session recovery and progress saving
